This is a first installment of Pinterest recipes. I have no idea how to use Pinterest, but I look at it as a collection of virtual magazine clippings.
I was stoked to attempt spaghetti squash again, as well as try kale chips, but apparently Shaw's runs out of both key ingredients before 10PM on a Thursday. So instead we attempted broccoli bites and zucchini chips. Both required minimal ingredients (besides the obvious broccoli and zucchini), including but not limited to: bread crumbs, eggs, cheese, and spices. They both turned out delicious, were quick and easy, and were relatively healthy. I've got a million other recipes pinned on Pinterest that I can't wait to try!
